Work as a physiotherapist, lots of spinal mobilization. I usually get a little sore thumb at the end of the week but since using this they aren't there at all. The fit is great (considering this is a finished product), I have short fingers so this is a bit long but stabilizes the thumb back towards the metacarpophalangeal joint. I don't use this for every application, mostly just for spinal mobilization, but definitely requires a lot of thumb loading. I would recommend it to any physio/myo/osteo/masseur as it will definitely make your practice easier and prolong your career
