As a busy soft tissue chiropractor for over 22 years, this thing saved me! A little uncomfortable at the end because of the air holes, but if there weren't any it would stick to the finger. The main improvement I see is making it thermoformable. I had a large glove and the thumb fits.

I liked this product but didn't feel any difference in my clients tissue tone. It seemed to lighten my thumb a bit when I used it, but I found it awkward to work with if I was going to use it for an entire therapy session. I've had better results with other instruments like rock sticks which saved my thumbs and could feel the instrument. I still have the thumb guard but I don't use it anymore. Work as a physiotherapist, lots of spinal mobilization. I usually get a little sore thumb at the end of the week but since using this they aren't there at all. The fit is great (considering this is a finished product), I have short fingers so this is a bit long but stabilizes the thumb back towards the metacarpophalangeal joint.
