So this is for my 16 year old daughter who decided to take things into her own hands first. This is the cutest little heater. I'd say she's great, but she just doesn't get hot enough. I mean the wax melted but it's not creamy it's a bit stiff it has a lot of beads in it my daughter was so excited now my whole family is walking around with just one section of hair missing lol that's a good one Buy for beginners would recommend.
