UPDATE: The seller read my defect report and sent a replacement without my knowledge. I think this reflects good business practice and is to be commended. I can support and respect the product knowing the seller stands behind the quality. Thank you Keith T. from Bardeau Essentials. I loved them and the point of the needle is great but the angled tweezers have an odd chip on the end that is used for plucking. Because it's quite thin, it cuts the hair instead of pulling it unless you're very careful. Not easy to do.
