Works except for LEDs

I bought this to ground my lamps and relays and power my relay and lamp fuses. The LEDs never light up even when my light is on. The only thing that confuses me is that it's cheaply made and doesn't seem very durable. Otherwise it worked great for my purposes. I have it under the hood and it doesn't seem afraid of the heat, it's light and small so easy to install. I put mine in the fuse box under the hood.
