We use clear pivot mainly because it has all features needed in order create beautiful dashboards with minimal effort required from us users who don't know how this software works very good! I dislike nothing about using clearpivot so far but maybe some new feature would be nice like creating multiple reports per dashboard which will help me save time by not having too many tabs open when building report pages etc..
