Review on CaptureIT Time and Attendance by Robert Davidson

Easy time clock entry as well as easy attendance data storage/tracking is great! It's simple but also very user friendly with lots of useful features including multiple departments which I like a lot. A little confusing at times when entering your access code it will ask you if you need your password even though you still have an option to not give one in order to continue using our system. The employee portal could be used more often - less so just basic info about employees (job title etc). If I had any issues they would get addressed quickly by customer support who was really helpful throughout my experience. Tracking staff hours spent working within different locations/departments has been extremely valuable both from an administrative point of view as well as keeping track of training requirements for new team members and employees alike.
