Great product, excellent service: CaptureIT Time and Attendance

Easy time clock entry as well as easy attendance data storage/tracking is great! It's simple but also very user friendly with lots of useful features including multiple departments which I like a lot. A little confusing at times when entering your access code it will ask you if you need your password even though you still have an option to not give one in order to continue using our system. The employee portal could be used more often - less so just basic info about employees (job title etc)…

  • Has all necessary information required per job function / role that we use every day without having too look up something else while already doing other things during business days.etc.easy report generation..and most importantly keeps everyone happy knowing their hard earned money gets reinvested

Great way put all different aspects under 1 roof

I like that it is easy to use. It has tons of features which makes it very flexible and gives you plenty of options for your business. All in one system is great because it also allows you to do payroll, HR, etc. so you don't need another system. The interface could be more organized or easier to navigate but the features make it easy to figure out how to do most things. We have been able to track employee time, schedule employees, pay them, manage vacation and sick leave, etc. It's helped us…

CaptureIT Time and Attendance - Easy way for tracking absence

The best thing about capture it is you can create your own categories of employees who will be able to clock in or out with ease. It also allows me to see when an employee was last seen at work which helps keep track of absences as well. I dislike how sometimes if there's no activity within a certain time frame, then it won't update until after the next day so i have to go back into my schedule to find out what happened. Also, sometimes it doesn't show up correctly but once again this usually…

Easy To Use And Affordable Employee Tracking

I like how easy it is - once you get used too its not as hard but when we first started using this product there were some challenges with getting employees in correctly which was frustrating at time! We've been able solve those issues though so things have improved since then :) would highly recommend capture IT over other products out ther because of easeof use/cost effectiveness etc! Easy to use Time Tracker software for freelancers

The best part is you can do it at your own pace without any hassle of learning new things or installing softwares etc! It's simple & easy as well so anyone with basic computer knowledge could easily understand how this works (I'm not an expert).
