I have used it 2 times in total since purchase. Shortly after purchase I had another sound solution so it was kept new and unopened in the box until needed. I connected it to my receiver, used it for about 2 hours and everything was fine. The next day the sound quality is poor, the volume is very low, there is practically no bass. It has never kinked, bent, etc. and hasn't been touched since the day it worked fine. I hope it was just a defect but of rather low quality that it only happened after 1 use.
