We were able extract insights about our contacts using LinkedIn profiles in order to make better decisions for future connections. This tool was easy to use and it allowed us to create various reports in real time based on different filters or search criteria. It could be more intuitive because sometimes you have some troubles with navigation when looking at the dashboard and having a clear report can help solving such issues easily. Great software if we want to know where there are people within our network which might give good suggestions for new relations. We solved problems related to finding useful contact data quickly and easily. I really like how easy it was for my team members to use this software. It made our job easier by allowing us access right away without any training or setup required. The reporting system could be improved with better customization options as well more reports are needed in order improve customer service department performance. This has helped me find out which customers have been calling about certain products so we can contact them faster.
