I almost sent it back due to the depth and my misjudgment of the depth I would have to work with but then I looked at my layout diagram and realized I had posted it, only 1U under it - lol. Fastening upwards, including screws, washers and cage nuts. Seems to be more durable than my rack rails. Nothing "heavy" about it, just non-rackable Ubiquiti items; 3p router, 8p POE switch, 1st gen cloud dongle, but it's strong enough, I could probably put 50lbs on it and it wouldn't blink. However, my splints would probably warp a bit.
