I like that you can use it both from mobile or desktop, there are different reports to manage your workforce, there's also integration in other applications (such as Zoho CRM). It was really expensive for me at first because we had many people using this software during our business process but now everything has been fixed so far and all users are satisfied! The thing i dislike most about this system it's not easy enought if someone leaves their position without notice which causes problems with payrolls etc. But since they have made changes now its much easier to handle and get things done faster than before. It has helped us in reducing our manual payroll processing system errors.It allows for real-time data entry from various sources like email, sms, etc.Also it provides easy access to records through mobile apps.Time keeping and HR information are two main areas where we have seen improvement. Also there could be more features added such as performance appraisal. Easy integration with other applications.Easy tracking of employee's leave requests.
