This is a replacement for my old model which burned out after 3 years of rebuild. I'm particularly worried about my nose hair - I want it to go away. I usually use another trimmer to trim most hairs down to 1mm and then bring this tool with me. Unfortunately, the way it's equipped makes it look more like a nose hair puller than a trimmer, so I reconnected the 9 volt battery instead of letting the 1.5 volt AAA battery continue to pull the hair out of my nose. I love the dueling trimmer head and the trimming accuracy this tool offers is far better than any other trimmer I have ever used. Happy to see a modification to the latch that holds half the head - the old model derailleur would often slide down causing half the head to slide off so I had to use a tiny hair tie to fix it to secure. A new feature that lets you tilt your head could be give or take. However, it is low power, so I will reconnect the 9V mod. WARNING: If you do this, the trimmer will oscillate very quickly and tickle like crazy. It usually rubs off a small portion of the nasal lining as well, but a little yellow petroleum jelly will solve the problem.
