Review on πŸͺ‘ Premium Black Mesh Office Chair with Flip Up Arms: A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Functionality by Heather Sanchez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

good chair Just don't follow the assembly instructions.

The first thing that struck me when assembling this chair was that the assembly order given in the instructions was not followed. I went from step 1 to step 3 and when the screws holding the armrests to the seat were about halfway in I left them slightly loose (btw I attached the armrests by laying the seat upside down on a table) . I then also attached the mounting base to the underside of the seat. I then placed the seat (with the armrests loosely attached) on the base and the gas spring cylinder block on the floor right side up, then reattached the mesh to the armrests, tightened them and the covers (which for some reason aren't shown in the photo of the Revains chair). Finally, I tightened the 4 screws that attached the armrest to the bottom of the chair and everything was in heaven. By leaving the screws slightly loose when attaching the armrests to the chair base, you can position the armrests to facilitate installation of the screws that attach the backrest to the armrests. After assembly, simply check each screw to make sure you haven't accidentally loosened them. ps 4 flat black washers go over the bolts that attach the armrests to the bottom of the seat with the longest bolts. If you forget to install these washers, the armrests and backrest will soon fall off, or rather, come loose as the bolt heads are pulled straight through the oversized holes in the underside of the armrests, where they attach to the underside of the seat. . After assembly. It's like a sturdy, comfortable chair that actually fits under my desk (hands up) instead of the fixed armrests of the chair it replaced, which constantly drags along the bottom of the center drawer or is adjusted too low.

Pros
  • Breathable mesh Adjustable tilt Tension control Back support
Cons
