Works great in full sun

The more sun the better it works! I installed it in a large ice cream bucket the put that in a planter with flowers around. Great feature and splashes the plants a little too!

Pros

The fountain pump is safe for birds and other wildlife that may want to drink or bathe in the water

Cons

The fountain may not be very effective at preventing the growth of algae or other bacteria in the water.

Works well and it comes with different nozzles depending on how you want the water to spout. Be careful of any debris that may fall in the water doesn''t clog the suction. One "drawback" when the sun isn''t out it doesn''t conserve any of the solar power. Doesn''t work like solar powered lights. A shady overcast day it will not work. Sunny days works great!! I thought it may hold some of the solar power but does not. Would buy it again!
