Dirty hair outdoors

I like the hat but it should fit any head size, one size. The problem is that as soon as I put it on it tries to get off my head. It's easy to fix, just pull it down from time to time. But when I take off my hat, my hair stands on end. The hat is warm and comfortable but I think it should be more for kids than adults.
