Review on Kohler Brevia 20111 White Toilet by Chris Kidd

We tried 4 times to order this item: the first had long scuffs on the trim along the top of the lid so we sent it back. The second had a streak/tear in the toilet seat so we returned it. The third came with 4 serious dents in the toilet seat due to 4 moldings under the seat that the toilet seat sits on so we returned it. The fourth arrived with a line/crack in the toilet seat we returned it. There was maybe a 5th try, I don't remember but you get the point lol. We didn't expect it to be pristine, but we think it's okay to ask that it doesn't arrive with permanent scuffs, cracks and dents. I rarely write reviews but felt a duty to protect my neighbor.
