Quality Carbide Router Bit

I often use a 1/2" router bit. Dado is rarely exactly 3/4" thick. If you start with hardwood and plan down, the result will likely be a little more or less , and of course 3/4" plywood is almost always less than 3/4". To get a good fit from my router I use a 1/2" bit and do more than one pass to get an accurate one Get result. straight clock.
