Bought a mug yesterday. I love him so much! The mug is so beautiful, calming and stylish. What I like best is that it keeps my coffee flavor intact (no more stainless steel flavor on the go. Hooray!). I checked how long it keeps my coffee hot. I learned a quick tip from Mora to warm the mug with hot water for a few minutes before use (I left the hot water on for 3 minutes). The mug kept my coffee hot for 1 hour, hot for the next 20 minutes, and warm for the next 1 hour and 30 minutes (I think this may vary depending on the weather). And I still think it's very impressive. I can always reheat coffee in the microwave (without the lid). What I like about the company is that Mora cares about its customers. Initially I had a small problem with the mug in terms of heat loss. Speaking to Mora, I learned that the mug needs to be warmed up before drinking as the ceramic is cold (Mora was very responsive. They responded to my message on Facebook Messenger within 1-2 minutes). I recommend this product as a gift for myself and others. I hope Mora can get more customers as we need a reminder to stop our lives.
