Updated 11/02/2019 So at first I thought it was necessary to go through the facility every time. I realize this is simply not the case and appreciate Linksys' response. Although I never bothered to consult their help email. Basically, sometimes my Lenovo laptop won't connect. Once I get it to connect everything is fine and stays connected for the entire session. But once it decides to act, connectivity becomes a real issue, usually requiring multiple reboots before it starts working again. I didn't know Win 10 had a drop down menu to switch between adapters. It's a lot easier than shipping a laptop or swapping out an adapter. In terms of adapter quality, I get the same download/upload speeds as the laptop's internal wireless power supply.
