TL;DR: Replacing the dome light sucks. It's too small to fit properly and you have to bend the retaining tab a lot more than is comfortable for it to fit. The card's backlight is excellent, but it's not immediately clear how to replace it. See photos. The kit contains a great tool. Better than the one I was planning to use and a lot better than the flat head. To replace the bulb, the entire card backlight must be removed. The pry tool is great for this. It just pops right out of the headliner.1. Remove the map lighting unit2. Disconnect the wiring harness. 3. Look where the pry tool is pointing. That's the lightbulb. Rotate slightly to eliminate the click.4. Remove the old lightbulb. It's a pain in the ass. It's crowded there.5. Install a new bulb. There is a set of matching bulbs included. Two for the map light and two for the license plate light. They are identical.6. Assemble the map lighting module in reverse order. Just glue it in place. The cover of the ceiling (transparent plastic part) is removed. The dome lamp simply pops out and a new LED lamp is inserted immediately. For my dome, I had to bend the holding part of the dome a lot. Seems too much. If the bulb were a few millimeters longer, that wouldn't be a problem. I'm assuming this is the closest OEM size the manufacturer has. He sits there completely freely, and sometimes the ceiling doesn't even come on. you have to hit him
