I resourced several different icing machines and this one seemed the best. I received this and started using it as soo as my last cast was removed. I LOVE this thing! Best money I have spent since breaking my ankle. It is well worth the money. My rehab place actually uses the same cooler. I wear a woman's 7 1/2 to 8 shoes and I still have plenty of toe room even with a heavy sock. The bottom in flat us if you need to move you do not have to worry about hurting the foot piece. I use this several times a day when I am inputting computer information. I use it when I am laying down and prop up my foot. Very portable if you need to go on vacation or someone else.s house. Easy to use.
