Review on NORM by Douglas Cochrane

I like how easy it was to set up my account, create an email address for notifications (I didn't realize that this had been available before). The whole process of creating new designs took longer than expected because they were always adding features or making changes so late into development - we're talking about 4 months after purchase! It's not worth all those extra steps if you can just buy from someone else who has already made your product "perfect." After our team realized what type of price point their customers are looking at ($35-$50 per book), there wasn't much benefit offered over other options out there. We ended with some very limited customization choices compared to others offering similar products but at higher prices points. Book covers turned outs better quality as well.
