We needed small chairs to add extra seats. These are the perfect accent chairs for us. We also wanted them to be comfortable enough as we didn't use them for the occasional dinner party. The hand is at a good level. The seat is comfortable. A little stiff but still comfortable. We love the color and it's very hard to capture in a photo. We ordered yellow. It's almost the color of French mustard, but not as light. It has more brown tones. Gold. The color is very nice if you are looking for a golden yellow chair. The fabric is also what we wanted. Very thin, dense weave and soft to the touch. No shine. Looks almost like thin linen. Easy to assemble, the legs are hidden under the lid below. Just take the time to figure out the front end and angle as we screwed them in wrong the first time.
