The ability to see all my cases in one place has been great! It is so easy now for me as an admin assistant to quickly find what I'm looking for without having to go through several tabs or search each department's page individually. Also it helps us stay up-to date with everything regarding our clients' files which help them when they need assistance from any of our departments. Nothing at this point because nothing about Exolink really bugs me. Their customer service team are very friendly but not pushy; however if there was something that could be improved then I guess anything would do. We use EXOLINK primarily to keep track of client intake forms/documents throughout their journey within our organization. This keeps everyone updated on where we've sent things out and who needs follow ups with regards to certain items while also keeping records organized by file number.
