Great way manage your case information

The ability to see all my cases in one place has been great! It is so easy now for me as an admin assistant to quickly find what I'm looking for without having to go through several tabs or search each department's page individually. Also it helps us stay up-to date with everything regarding our clients' files which help them when they need assistance from any of our departments. Nothing at this point because nothing about Exolink really bugs me. Their customer service team are very friendly…

  • Everything you can't live wihout, including being able to view documents submitted via client intake form along side other relevant information (like contact info., etc.), tracking progress over time using case management system & recordkeeping capabilities

Easy tooling and functionality plus good customer service

I like that it is easy to use for day-to -day management of our cases as well has being able work with other systems such Excel etc when required but nothing in particular at this stage! The support team are always very helpful so there's no issues we've had recently which have been difficult or frustrating! If anything would be great if they could make some minor changes (ease up button placement) maybe add 'add comment' option under each field? We're using Exolink primarily to track all new…
