I know this monitor is HDR400 only with no local dimming, but that should be an advantage as the 8/16 zone dimming is terrible and you might not want that.

The best option for HDR is OLED (if you don't care about OLED pixel burn-in) and I'm looking forward to microLED (I have to say it's the future that offers all the advantages of OLED without burn-in problems), but I need it a 4K monitor right away, so that's the one I choose. Mixture of old technologies with balance.
