I was looking for handy bowls that would have enough room for a hearty meal, but also fit in the oven and under the grill for pies and onion soup. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it or buy something too trendy for our more casual lifestyle. They are perfect for that. The color goes well with our blue and white bowls, although the interior of these bowls is a light cream ivory. My first set arrived with a broken bowl, but Revane replaced it straight away. I am very happy with these bowls and the quick dissolution of Revain.
