Good value for money, I recommend it.
Before that, I used an honor band 4 bracelet. The bluetooth worked at a distance of 10 times more than in this watch. Well, overheating in the sun was not observed.

- Comfortable on the hand, a large number of workouts.
Cons
- Turn off at relatively high temperatures. For example, when driving without air conditioning in the car, they passed out with the appearance of an exclamation sign on the screen. They lose contact with the phone at a very short distance.

Screen, lifetime on a single charge, heart rate and oxygenation detection, functionality, light weight, user-friendly interface, low price, good smartphone software
Got cons:
Nothing significant. If you need something extra, buy another device for more money
