It is very user friendly, easy to navigate, and has all of the features you would want in an online benefits program. The system does not have any built-in reporting capabilities; however, there are third party tools that can be used for this purpose. Benelogic should offer more robust reporting capabilities that could be integrated with their system. We are able to enroll our employees in our benefits plan through benelogic. This allows us to easily track member activity and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
