I've been looking for other coat hangers to use with a brick hearth for a long time. Especially strong enough for a wreath. These did the job very well. Highly recommended for this purpose only. I'm so glad I tried them. The wreath in the picture is actually hanging from a hanger attached to the brick just behind it. And at the end of the season, they can be removed and saved for the next year. And they do not damage the bricks in any way.
