Just used this product to pump old gasoline out of my boat. Plugged it into my 12 volt outlet in the cabin and bought a larger brass fitting for the end of the clear pipe from Home Depot and some small hose clamps. I stuck the end of the fuel line to the tank and it didn't work. After tightening everything up with the hose clamps, it was a solid 25 gallon stream in less than 35 minutes. The filters are beautiful. Instructions would be nice and a flow direction for newbies. Highly recommended as collecting these components takes more time and money if someone wants to craft them themselves. Money well spent and a handy storage box for everything. Make sure the area is well ventilated and you have a fire extinguisher. Gas is very dangerous, especially fumes. I put a rag over the mouth of the jar to reduce the fumes. Also, an exhaust fan was running at high speed.
