It is beautiful and easy to install, but send the engineer back to study under a master - the bracket is suppose to be "twist and lock" and it does twist and get stuck but not enough to call it locking, not enough to support weight. I read all the instructions, looked at the photos on their website and did everything they said. The handle would slip (slide down) on the mounting bracket with about 15 pounds force - not safe! I ended up using epoxy putty inside the handle on both sides of the bracket to lock the handrail position in place. I like the rotation and "any angle" design, but the lock absolutely must work for safety.
