I really like how easy it is to navigate through their platform! Their customer service support has been great as well with any questions or concerns that we've had over time (we're still using them). The software itself doesn't have many features but what you give up for those few can be made good use out if your needs/demand when considering this product overall; however there are more cost effective options available depending upon which services they offer within each package tier so do some research first before committing too much money into such an expensive solution just yet!! They make our monthly payments very simple from where ever location one may live at home office etc.. I have used them for many years now with no complaints! They are very professional, they do what is promised without fail. The only thing that can be improved would probably be their customer service department but even then it's not bad at all!! We use trace media to market our business online as well as offline through word press articles etc..
