Useful for storing basic documents but difficult to maintain
The ability to search for documents by keyword or date range. It's easy to use and can be accessed anywhere via web browser. I dislike that it doesn't have an option to export files into other formats like PDF and Word format. Also there are times when you need to close out without saving your work which makes it difficult to find again if needed later. If you want a simple way to store all your business paperwork then this software will do just fine. You can easily create folders, add keywords and dates to help organize your papers.
Pros
- Easy interface
- Ability upload multiple types/formats (Word Docs)
- Multiple searches with filters available.
- Good amount options including templates such as calendar view etc.etc
Cons
- Does not include many features found in similar apps
- Can sometimes get hung up while uploading large amounts.
- Not able save directly from within app
