Battery life is insanely good.
Firstly. It has auto-on/off so you don't need to worry about your cat over exerting itself. It will turn itself off and on after periods of time so it's a perfect "I'm leaving the house now" toy for cats. It CAN and WILL get caught under stuff so watch out for that but otherwise a fantastic toy. The only issue is the feather/toy on the end comes off easily, and replacements for those cost almost as much as a brand new toy. That loses a star. Otherwise though this is a great toy.
