Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

Got poisoned.

In the morning I drank the norm, a teaspoon. The training was hard and painful. All evening I was tormented by a stopped stomach and vomiting. I drank a bunch of activated charcoal and threw the can in the trash. Somehow calmed down. Showed inefficiency in training. It's not creatin.
