Update: I still love my glass but wanted to highlight the excellent customer service. When I received my bottle I registered it for the guarantee and a few months later they messaged me to see how I was enjoying the product. I told them about the scratches I mentioned in my previous review and they said they were sorry, they are working on the sleeve for the glass and will send it to me when it's ready. And according to the form I went to the mailbox one day and there it was and it fits perfectly! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Original: I mainly use it for hot drinks and it works great. I love its size and shape because it's very easy to just slip it in my purse when my hands are full and I have complete confidence in typing. You can feel it "click" as you tighten it. My only complaint is that it happens to have these scuffs and I can't get it off (mine is pink).
