Their customer support is awesome! They work with you to ensure that your environment meets all of your requirements whether it be security or compliance issues they are there helping guide you through every step along the way. There was nothing I didn't like about their platform as long as we needed them help at times with certain things. The only thing which could have been improved would possibly be the look/interface from some people's perspectives but their service overall is amazing and will continue using if this were so. It has helped us tremendously by giving instant access to an audit trail when doing any activity inside our cloud environments. We use this product daily for many purposes including but not limited to risk mitigation auditing of S3 buckets etc.
