Review on 🚪 Kwikset 98150-013 Prescott Front Door Handle with Interior Tustin Lever - Satin Nickel Finish, Microban Antimicrobial Protection - Shop Now! by Richard Sallah

We replaced the builder's round doorknob after it stopped working properly. Since the door wasn't designed for a long handle, we had to drill a hole for the bottom of the handle. The template included in the instructions was very easy to stick on and found exactly where we needed to drill. (For those who have the door already drilled, there's plenty of room at the bottom of the handle to adjust where the hole might be - I think it was pretty smooth.) Since we went to a long handle, I did it doesn't note that the handle will be a screw that goes through the door. I just figured it had a shallow hole that the base of the handle would fit in and the top would hold it securely to the door. The photos in the description do not show the medallion covering the screw inside. This is shown in the "What's in the Box" photo. The round circle is the lid, and through the black circle goes the screw that holds the silver medallion. I think it looks nice inside. I was also impressed that it comes with two internal handles. Depending on how your door opens, your handle is the right one. It's not the usual one you flip and doesn't look quite right. The instructions were easy to understand and included instructions on how to adjust for a round deadbolt instead of the rectangular striker plate pictured. (It's the round piece above the square striker plate in the package photo.) No matter how your door is set up, this handle should work for you. And she is wonderful!
