Review on FlexiSnake MAX Drain Remover Rotating Micro Hook by Leo Govindan

I don't usually rate this low but this product deserves it. I have a 1/4 inch snail that slithers on my upstairs sink to get through the trap with no problem. The configuration of my downstairs bathroom sink is such that my 1/4 inch snail has a hard time spinning in the trap. This product had reviews saying it was easy to get out of the trap which is what I was looking for. Unfortunately, nothing but my 1/4 inch auger did it. From the photos on the box I noticed that the drain plug was not removed. Tight space Maybe that's why it got higher ratings.
