I am an avid kayaker; I try to go to the river every week. I have worn crocodiles which are good for water shoes but they are clumsy and not very reliable. These water shoes fit like gloves (they are almost like "monkey shoes"), they are very light and comfortable. They are good looking (unlike the vicious crocodiles) and have an innovative way of tying. No need to tie a regular knot, just adjust the handle. I've never used it and it's brilliant. They are perfect for kayaking. I usually have to get in the water when I get out of the kayak. They protect my legs and the water drains away. I don't have to change my shoes; I can wear them when I go to the river. The floor looks a bit crazy with the flowers, but it's for relaxation, so why not? I would highly recommend them to all rowers.
