100% wool lanolin is what you need.

I got it in preparation for my after baby. I am currently breastfeeding my little one but I guess I will wean him before the new baby is born and would like to have some lanolin on hand in case I get uncomfortable breastfeeding the new baby. This product meets all requirements. I wish it wasn't made in China, but what's wrong these days? Lanolin is a must-have for any new nursing mom or mom with sensitive nipples. I'll update this review if I notice anything unexpected after having a baby, but otherwise I'll just assume I'm still happy with the product!
