update September 29th: I finally installed them. First, they have a steel nut on a stainless product. Replaced with regular stainless steel. Second, they didn't leave enough material on each side to weld them on. If they were 3/4" longer on each side they would be easy to install, but at only about 1/8" or less I found I ended up getting under the car trying to hold the welding mask Clamp welded to the flange. as there is no margin for error. I grind off misplaced welds all the time. Installing these things under the car takes forever. It will probably be easier outdoors with a welder. But under a car on your back it sucks. Original review before actual fitment: Honda, in its infinite wisdom, builds cars with tailpipes that last a lifetime. I have a beautiful 20 year old stainless steel exhaust pipe that looks new and never rusts with lumps of rust on the ends. Tube. Stupid engineers with a weird sense of humor decided to put steel flanges on the ends of their exhausts. These flanges and bolts turn into lumps of rust, break off and separate from each other, resulting in exhaust leaks. This unit is well made from stainless steel and also includes 2 new flanges. Carefully separate the old flanges with a grinding wheel on a grinder or straight grinder, MIG or TIG weld the new flanges and add a clamp. Actually put the clamp on before welding to get it right. Based on other reviews I will remove the nylock nut and replace it with a regular weld compound nut. At this point you can double up the nut or replace the nut with a nylon nut. Apparently nylon doesn't like to be removed and spoils the thread. Like a disposable item.
