I read the reviews on this coat and really wanted it, but I've heard it runs small and needs to order a size up. I wanted to see if any store near me had them and I couldn't find anything to try them on to see the sizes. I tried on a coat from Colombia (not that specific coat) and size XL fit like a baby coat! Too tight! So I was very, very hesitant to order anything online not knowing if it would fit. I couldn't even get in touch with the seller before asking about the return policy, sizing, etc. So I ordered a coat, it was such a bargain, one size larger than I usually wear, so XL. I immediately contacted the seller to inquire about the rules and they immediately sent me their return policy. I would have to pay the shipping costs for the return. When I received the coat I opened the package and was very happy with the colour, it was in a plastic bag with tags and I checked the stitching which seemed ok. I've tried it on and it seems a bit big to me, but I've only tried it on with a thinner turtleneck. Shoulders and arms were an area of concern and there is enough room to stretch forward without straining my coat. The traction is great too, so I can't let the icy winter wind drive me anymore! Haven't had a chance to wear this yet but today it's -20 outside so I think today is the day.
