Packed in a different product box

The cable is packaged in a box for a backup/security camera kit. I came back at first thinking the wrong item had been delivered. The replacement was already open and...surprise...it was the right product. I don't know what to do with it.

Pros

The kit has a 4 pin connector on both sides, one side is female and the other side is male to connect to the monitor and camera. The middle part is a reel adapter cable with one plug and one socket, with an elasticity length of 60mm to 4000mm.
