The fan arrived quickly and was well packaged to ensure its integrity during transit. Installation can be tedious. After installation, I heard a "rubbing" sound when the fan was running. Upon investigation, I found that the fan was rubbing against the fan housing as it rotated. I removed the fan and found that the new fan was slightly wider (the width of both blades plus the motor) than the original fan, just enough to make contact with the case. I used a dremel to lightly sand the body; I reinstalled the fan and it works great. The quality of the fan would be 4-5 stars but the extra work detracts from it a bit.
