I hope it works later but it doesn't work. I have an HP Laptop running windows 10 and the computer recognizes it but it doesn't play anything I downloaded the recommended media player vlc and still nothing I have it so I can play my blu ray discs on my laptop as I have the blu -Ray player not included with the hostel but it's not plug and play but any help or suggestions are welcome if I can get it to work properly I can update it or I'll just return it we'll see. Fantastic customer service I explain whats going on and they said it may have been faulty and offered an exchange or refund Couldn't get it to work but they are fantastic s in helping you with that. No luck with the product but I am determined but I recommend the company.
