Multiple Items DOA/Error

I wish I had better things to say about this kit. Corsair products have historically been an integral part of my decor. However, this kit was a very unfortunate financial decision on my part. I'll start by saying I've been working on my water cooled build for over a month now. The CPU water block RGB lighting went out upon arrival. This was confirmed by testing on a separate build and finally buying the same model separately which worked fine.2. All 3 fans partially lit up for a few hours, then RGB died completely. I spent hours on the forums digging up all the information on what I could be doing wrong and following each instruction as closely as possible. I've checked, double checked, triple checked, changed every imaginable combination and swapped around when connecting fans to the Commander Pro/RGB hub to no avail. I even went as far as buying a new, separate Commander Pro and RGB hub to rule them out as a problem. Still no change. If I get it wrong at this point, Corsair will put up a hell of a fight to get everything working. Commander Pro, originally included in this kit, for some strange reason, didn't sense the water temperature and turned off the fans at random intervals. The new one I bought worked perfectly. In summary, the only original part of this kit that is still in my computer is the pump/reservoir (I went with a soft hose of my choice instead). I also had to waste the included coolant in the circuit when I was forced to replace CPU water block. Attention buyers: Not only did I have a few components that didn't work, but when it came to deciding whether I wanted my money back, it was a tough yes or no decision. Since the troubleshooting has been going on for some time, the return window has closed. Being a kit, even if I wanted to try and return it, the pump/reservoir installation and any existing coolant in the circuit would have to be removed and drained, then repackaged for return. Also, the return process leaves me without the main computer I rely on for work for some time. I might consider sending Corsair back only the parts that didn't fit. This is my experience, your experience may be different. But be careful before you buy.
