I like that it is very simple to use, once you get over your initial learning curve of how the program works. It's also really user friendly if someone else in my office uses this software as well! As with any social media tool you need dedicated time for using it effectively but then again so does other business tools such as Microsoft Outlook or Google Apps. So its all about working out what best fits into each person's schedule/availability. If you're looking specifically at an internal communication platform rather than just being able to manage your digital channels/social presence - this product may not be ideal. We are managing our external and internal web content via MyNewsDesk. This makes life easier knowing we can quickly publish news stories without having to go through multiple different applications.
